Can we really believe it is 2023? Christmas and New Year seemed to go extremely quickly on the complex with over 80% of the students staying over. Rental properties are hard to find at the moment on the Sunshine Coast so the students were really smart to just extend into 2023 rather than hope that a room would be available after Christmas. To the lucky 20% that are due to arrive over the next few weeks – welcome. We know it is an exciting time – as well as very nerve wracking too! If you weren’t lucky enough to reserve a room this time, make sure you apply and get your name on the waiting list … there are always some changes at the start of the term. For those students still on the complex – don’t forget to keep the lounge/kitchen areas clean after the Spring Cleans have been completed; no-one likes to arrive into a messy apartment. Take a breath and enjoy the start of 2023.
