Varsity Apartments is a purpose-built student accommodation, located just minutes from the University of the Sunshine Coast. It is a member of the Student Accommodation Association (SAA) and one of the few student accommodation complexes in Australia to meet the criteria of the National Property Accreditated Scheme (NPAS) for students. It can accommodate around 500 students in its four bedroom private apartments. We are the only on-site management team at Varsity Apartments. No need to wait days for a response from your agent – our office is manned 24 hours a day so that you can pop in and get help immediately. Meet some of our fabulous staff – Leanne, our Office Manager, Toni and Michelle from the Front Office and Pat, who keeps the complex maintained. Our after hours team are a little harder to catch – Brett, Greg, Graeme and Shaun are often found out and about around the complex.
