Living at Varsity Apartments really made my study abroad experience the best time of my life.
I met so many people that really meant alot to me. There is alot of diversity at Varsity which gives you the opportunity to meet people from all over the World.
They also match you up with people similar to yourself which also allows you to make friends with your roomates from other countries.
I adored my roomates and I built a really good friendship with them as well as everyone else at Varsity.
The accommodation is perfect and the location couldn’t be better. They offer many activities to keep you busy such as parties in the rec room and constant volleyball matches.
I would recommend Varsity and only Varsity to anyone moving to Sippy Downs, Australia.

“….The Website Didn’t Lie…”
I headed to the Sunshine Coast to attend USC for semester 1 of 2010. When I arrived at Varsity after 28 hours of solo traveling all the way from the United State, I was pleasantly relieved to find the website didn’t lie – this place is wonderful!
From the attentive office to the beautiful grounds, Varsity makes it easy to adjust to life on the Sunshine Coast.
The 24 hour security made me feel very safe, and being able to have a large bedroom to myself (not to mention, a private bathroom!) made the stay incredibly comfortable.
The cleaning service is a wonderful bonus, not to mention the:
- great pools,
- gym, and
- tennis court.
I’m so happy I chose this accommodation for my stay, and definitely recommend it to future Sunshine-Coasters!

“…Once In A Lifetime Experience…”
Your welcoming ways to uni students from all over the world allowed for me to form some of the best friendships I could ask for.
You introduced me to so many wonderful and different people and cultures while still enabling me to live and enjoy life true Aussie style.
Your prime location to the beach allowed for early morning surfs, being walking distance to campus I was always sure to stay on top of my studies, and because easy transportation was provided, it made for some truly great nights out on the town with good mates.
All thanks to you Varsity.
Your awesome rec room and resort pool provided for plenty activities and to catch some rays. And your tennis and volleyball courts made for some great friendly competition.
How could I ever repay you Varsity?
I can only hope anyone planning on spending some time in Sippy Downs, Australia would choose to share their stay with you so they can enjoy the once in a lifetime experience to the fullest, as I did. I couldn’t have done it without you Varsity. Thank you so much. YOU ROCK!!!

Varsity Apartments is a faboulous place to meet new friends and have fun.
Especially the beach volley pit is a great place to hang out.
