The site is purpose built for students to be a fun and safe place to live and study. When 100% occupied, the complex house of 503 residents plus staff in tropically landscaped grounds.

To aid in keeping the complex a safe place to live, photo ID cards have been introduced. These will be issued to residents during April.

A lap pool and a resort pool are provided to allow for a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle.

While not working out in the gym, residents may choose to play beach volleyball with their family and friends, or hit the tennis court for a game of tennis or basketball.

Bar-b-que's, a games room, function room, two laundrettes with washers and dryers, vending machines and the availability of business services further enhance the ability for residents to work, rest and play while staying at Varsity Apartments.
