Varsity Apartments welcomes a broad range of nationalities each year who study at the nearby University of the Sunshine Coast.

We have over 500 residents from a wonderful mix of countries and Australian states – the complex is set up so you can enjoy mixing if you want, or enjoy your own space.

With communal BBQ areas, tons of facilities and the Rec Room, it’s little wonder we’re a preferred student accommodation for the Sunshine Coast University.
