To reserve an apartment at Varsity
Apartments, prospective tenants must proceed in the
following order:
- Apply for
Residency
Apply to reside at Varsity Apartments via the Accommodation
Application on the next page, or you may
apply by fax or phone.
- Receive an Offer
We will reply by email advising you of the
availability of rooms and confirming the
rental rate and bond required (if any). This
email will also request that you pay a deposit
of $200 to reserve a room.
- Accept our Offer
To accept our offer you must reply to our email
within two weeks and pay the deposit by providing
credit card details. If you fail to do this
your rom may be reallocated.
- Receive Confirmation
We will confirm by email that a room has been
reserved for you.
- Overseas Students
Flight details and time of arrival to Brisbane
is required (refer details from your flight
tickets).
*Please note when booking your return flight
home that we do not open on Sundays. If you
wish to get your bond back in cash you will
need to have your Exit Inspection done in Post
Office Hours being Monday to Friday 9am to
4pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm. We are not responsible
for not being able to do your Exit inspection
if you choose to return home outside our office
hours.
Forms
Rentals come under the Residential Services provisions and both tenant and landlord
have certain obligations to adhere to.
