Travel with us and get to know what is available in your local area of Chancellor Village Boulevard (your walking distance shopping area). We will then take you to Kawana Shopping Village and La Balsa Park where we will take a tour and walk to Beacon Lighthouse Reserve.
After this we will depart for Mooloolaba where you will have time to sight see and get your lunch from an array of shops in the area. After lunch, you will be taken on a scenic tour to Coolum beach where you will have time to check out the beach.

Please bring your student ID, walking shoes, spending money (shopping and lunch), you will get an opportunity to go swimming if you want to, so be prepared), hat and sunscreen and drinking water.
We’ve been advised by the University that the 2nd round offers are going out a little later this year than in previous years.
Because of this we’ve relaxed the start date for 2nd round offer students to have their lease to be the arrival date that you confirm with us – this will generally be February 10, 2011 for most people.
But remember – your Arrival Date at Varsity apartments must be confirmed with us to take advantage of this.
With the new semester upon us we’d had a few worried students contact us re the floods.
Whilst parts of Queensland are badly affected by flooding, the University itself and Varsity Apartments are not affected – we’re both ready for the new semester.
