The four bedroom apartments are designed with students in mind. They have large kitchen and living areas, ensuite bedrooms with a study nook and a private deck to take advantage of the wonderful climate available on the Sunshine Coast.

Each bedroom is designed with the student in mind. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a desk, private phone line and access to the in house Local Area Network (LAN) which provides a high speed connection to the Internet.

Tariffs for 2nd Semester 2008

• Long Term: Min - 1 Semester $150 per week
• Short Term: Availability is limited, contact reception for availability and tariffs.

Included as part of your room rental are the following:

• High speed broadband internet access with 100mb of downloads per month (students are required to pay a once-off connection fee)
