It’s a gentle 2 minute walk to the University of the Sunshine Coast grounds – a flat path (it’s also floodlit at night) goes from outside our gate to the end of the street, through natural grassland into the University grounds.
With nearby suburban shops including a supermarket, banks, fast food outlets, pharmacies, hotel, restaurants, cafes and much more, Sippy Downs is a young neighbourhood with plenty of young people enjoying everything the area has to offer.
Buses From University Take You Everywhere!
Bus stations at the University can take you to the surf beaches of Mooloolaba, shopping centres (Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore is 15 minutes away and boasts cinemas, cafes, bottleshops, department stores and more). The buses are very frequent (every 1/2 hour).
