Varsity Apartments can accommodate around 500 residents plus staff. Our apartments all have four private bedrooms, with a large communal kitchen and living areas.

Communal living areas include a balcony or patio to take advantage of the wonderful climate available on the Sunshine Coast.

Every apartment has:

• Electricity / Water
• Fully furnished apartment includes communal cooking facilities and utensils

• Private phone line
• High-speed internet connection – Internet access is via a third party partner
