Varsity Apartments can accommodate around 500 residents plus staff. Our apartments all have four private bedrooms, with a large communal kitchen and living areas.

Communal living areas include a balcony or patio to take advantage of the wonderful climate available on the Sunshine Coast.

Every apartment has:

• Austar / Cable TV
• Electricity / Water
• Fully furnished apartment includes communal cooking facilities and utensils

Each private bedroom has:

• Study nook with desk
• Private phone line
• Access to in-house network with high-speed internet connection
• Private ensuite with shower, toilet, & wash basin
